All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment (with the exception of pre-orders). Pre-orders will be processed within 48 hours of the product becoming available.
Australia Post is used for delivery of all goods throughout Australia.
Estimate time of delivery is within 3-7 working days upon processing of the order, depending on your location and Australia Post of course.
We shall not be liable for failure or any delays in delivery where this is beyond our reasonable control.
For non-delivery of goods, please notify us by email as soon as possible.
In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details provided by you, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.
