Refund and Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
In the event that you have received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately via email.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For purchases using discount codes, you will receive a credit for the price of the item only after the discount.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and visual proof of the defect or damage. 

Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you are concerned that you haven’t received your refund yet please contact us at [email protected].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit/coupon for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a coupon code will be emailed to you.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 458, Goulburn, NSW 2580.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is returned back safely to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
